LINCORE® BU-G Flux-Cored Gas Shielded Wire designed for build-up or as final overlay on rolls, shafts, pump, shovel parts, pulverizer and plows applications (Build Up and Joining)

DETAILS

LINCORE® BU-G provides some resistance and moderate impact with unlimited layers with proper preheat and interpass temperatures and procedures offers Rockwell Hardness 21-33(HRC) as welded condition and Rockwell Hardness 40-42 (HRC) after work hardening.

  • Delivers deposits with moderate hardness for build-up or as final overlay
  • Provides some resistance to metal-to-metal wear and moderate impact
