Continuous welding and high quality weld beads with sound appearance are obtained by using Ø 0.8 – 1.0 mm solid steel wires and Ø 1.2 mm flux-cored wires on structural steels used in general manufacturing and steel construction industry.
Features
- By using the synergetic mode feature, it is sufficient to adjust only the wire feed speed. The voltage rate is utomatically controlled and adjusted by the machine.
- Due to the adjustable inductance feature, the risk of spatter and slag formation is minimized and arc stability increases.
- 2/4 Trigger Mode options.
- Soft-Start feature facilitates arc formation at the beginning of the welding process and a Soft-End feature prevents crater cracking and porosity formation at the end of the welding process.
- Burnback Control feature ensures that the welding wire coming out of the contact nozzle is of an appropriate length and does not stick to the contact nozzle after welding.
- Pre-Gas and Post-Gas times can be adjusted. By this means, a smooth start at the beginning of the welding and an ideal gas protection at the end of the welding are obtained during the set time.
- Arc Force and Hot Start features (in MMA mode).
- Memory feature that provides quick access to prerecorded welding parameters. Four separate records can be stored in the memory.
- Two digital displays for welding current and welding voltage.
- Thermal protection circuit and warning lamp against thermal overloads.
