DETAILS

It gives a filler metal containing very hard primary Cr-carbides homogeneously dispersed in the structure, resistant to low intensity impacts and intense abrasion wear.

Features

  • It cannot be cut using flame cutting methods. The hardfill metal obtained can only be machined by grinding. It is natural for transverse cracks to occur on the seam surface due to the high hardness. There is no need to use shielding gas during welding.
