OP 49 is a fluorid agglomerated flux designed for multipass weld. The weld with OE-S2/OE-SD2 shows excellent toughness properties.After 620°C/1h post weld heat treatment, the F7 yield and tensile classification can be maintained even when combined with OE-S2 or OE-SD2 wire grade.

- Combines high yield and tensile strength after PWHT and good toughness at low temperature with mild steel wires
- Highly basic flux with silicon and manganese pick-up
