DETAILS
LINCORE® 102HC provides higher carbon compared to LINCORE® 102W for rebuilding, deposits hot weld above 204°C (400°F) machinable offers chromium, molybdenum and tungsten chemical composition to be used with recommended Lincoln weld® 802 and Lincoln weld® 802 for semiautomatic operations.
Features
- Metal-cored wire with a higher carbon content than Lincore® 102W
- Will give a higher hardness tool steel deposit
- Deposit is “hot” [above 204°C (400°F)] machinable, for easy sizing after welding
Typical Applications
- Work rolls
- Metal-to-metal sliding wear (where minimal or no lubrication is present)
