DETAILS
LNS 135 is a coppered coated unalloy SAW wire. Its low carbon, medium manganese and low silicon content generate a weld metal strength in between what is achieved with L-60 and L-61 wires.
Features
- Generate a soft weld metal deposit in combination with neutral fluxes
- Used on 355MPa grade or below
- Good behavior on oily plates
Typical Applications
- In combination with the 700 or 800 flux series, LNS135 provide low hardness welds even in the multirun technique.
