This disposable filter cartridge is a really high efficiency, it is used as a main filter in Mobiflex 200M - W3 welding fume extraction systems. The filter cartridge is built of cellulose and polyester fibers. The special construction (pleats) and the corrugations in the filter medium guarantee an equal airflow over the filter. As a result, the pollution is equally divided over the entire filter surface. The welding fume particles are collected on the inside of the filter cartridge. When it is saturated, it needs to be replaced.
