Diffuser for use with the Hyperfill ™ process.
Features
- Increases Deposition Rates - Using a single contact tip, allows for deposition rates above 18lbs/hr without compromising puddle stability or weld quality.
- Single Contact Tip - Runs two wires through, creating a single arc cone without added system or operator complexity.
- Camlock Fitting - The diffuser and contact tip attach with a camlock design instead of a threaded design, preventing the two wires from twisting together.
