• Standurile duble permit instruirea a doi studenti in acelasi timp, cu un singur echipament, fiecare executand suduri independente, folosind procedee diferite, cupoane, imbinari si specificatii privind procedura de sudare (WPS).
• Clestele port-electrod SMAW, retractabil, pistoletul GMAW/FCAW si pistoletul GTAW TIG, materialul de adaos si comanda la picior simuleaza in mod realist aspectul, senzatia si manuirea pistoletului.
• Exersati pozitiile de sudare la masa, orizontal, vertical, 5G si 6G pe materiale de baza din otel, aluminiu, otel inoxidabil.
• Baia de metal topit extrem de realista raspunde vizual si auditiv la comportamentul operatorului, ajutand sudorii sa invete cum sa-si imbunatateasca tehnica de sudare. Defectele la sudare apar atunci cand tehnica de sudare este necorespunzatoare.
• Urmareste si puncteaza parametrii de sudura importanti, inclusiv unghiul de lucru, unghiul de deplasare, viteza de sudare, distanta si pozitia.
