DETAILS

OUTERSHIELD 81Ni1-H is an all positional 1% Ni wire (up to 1.6mm diameter) designed for good strength and great toughness down to -50°C. This wire may be used in prequalified welding procedures for steel group 8C as defined in AS/NZS 1554.1 Table 4.6.1. and comes 3.1 tested for every batch and meets NACE MR-0175 requirements for sour service. Typical applications include offshore structural, piping in sour service (on and offshore) and pressure vessel fabrication. Also complies with AS/NZS ISO 17632-B: T55 5 T1-1 MAP N2 UH5
