It gives a filler metal containing very hard primary Nb-carbides homogeneously dispersed in the structure, resistant to severe abrasion wear. It is resistant to operating temperatures up to 450 ° C.

Features

•  Filler metal is also resistant to low and medium impact and cannot be cut using flame cutting methods. The hardfill metal obtained can only be machined by grinding. 
• It is natural for transverse cracks to occur on the seam surface due to the high hardness. There is no need to use shielding gas during welding.
