DETAILS

It gives a filler metal with an austenitic matrix containing hard carbides formed by "Cr-Nb and B (Boron)" elements that provide high strength against very severe abrasion wear. Very high hardness values ​​are obtained in single pass welding applications.

Features

  • It cannot be cut using flame cutting methods. The hardfill metal obtained can only be machined by grinding. There is no need to use shielding gas during welding.
