DETAILS

It gives a filler metal containing very hard primary Cr-carbides homogeneously dispersed in the structure, resistant to low intensity impacts and intense abrasion wear.

Features

  • It cannot be cut using flame cutting methods. The hardfill metal obtained can only be machined by grinding.
  •  It is natural for transverse cracks to occur on the seam surface due to the high hardness. There is no need to use shielding gas during welding.
