DETAILS

MOLYCORD KV2HR is a basic coated 1/2&Mo electrode suitable for welding creep resistant steels like 16Mo3, SA 204, SA 182 F1, SA 336 F1 and similar. It is also suitable for welding steel from S(P)235 up to S(P) 460, SA 355 Gr. P1, WB 36, 17MnMoV 6 4 and similar.

Features

  • Approved up to +530°C. Very low diffusible hydrogen (HD<4ml/100g).
  • Excellent bead shape, low spatter and excellent operability in all position welding except vertical down
  • Preheat min 90°C, interpass max 120°C
