2D CladFlux E200

2D cladflux E200 is a highly basic, high speed welding flux (35 cm/min) used in combination with high nickel alloyed strip, such as Cladstrip 625, for the cladding of surfaces with the electroslag process. Due to its very high hot cracking resistance, 2D cladflux E200 is used for the electroslag cladding of pressure vessels, chemical and petrochemical reactor vessels.
