Nest parts imported from native CAD DXF files to single or multiple sheets. Nest parts based on thickness and material type. Estimated cut times are provided for accurate job estimation.
Quickly process patterned cuts with the Fly Cutting process. Moving the machine at a high rate of speed and cycling the laser power on and off provides extremely fast processing of grid type patterns.
Cuts are sequenced on a per-part basis for optimization in regards to being thermally processed.
Lead in's and kerf compensation produce clean, accurate final parts. Tabbing of small parts allows for easy retrieval with minimal cleanup.
