HyperFill GMAW

Designed to revolutionize heavy fabrication productivity, the patented HyperFill® twin wire MIG solution allows for increased deposition rates without compromising puddle stability or weld quality. This innovative twin-wire design delivers a wide, smooth arc cone that allows for deposition rates up to 25lbs/hr (11.34kg/hr) without added system or operator complexity.

HyperFill FCAW

Utilizing a single power source, a single wire feeder, a single high-performance FCAW tip and Lincoln Electric premium wire, this innovative solution delivers a wide, smooth arc cone that allows for deposition rates above 15 lb/hour | 6.8 kg/hr. The patented HyperFill FCAW contact tip provides improved performance and easy-of-use during flat, horizontal, and out-of-position (vertical/overhead) welding applications at these increased deposition rates.

REVEAL Activation Platform

The REVEAL Platform is an embedded software package that is integrated into all Lincoln Electric Advanced Process Welding equipment. Using a simple scanning function, the REVEAL Platform allows users to activate certain process-optimized solutions that use multiple Lincoln Electric components – such as a power source, specific weld mode, and consumable products – in order to maximize welding performance and deliver the true value of the solution.
