AWS D1.1 and D1.5 Certificates
To assist our customers who work to the AWS D1.1 and D1.5 code, Lincoln Electric has tested various shielding gas combinations with our GMAW electrodes. This documentation meets the AWS D1.1 and D1.5 requirements, and permits these combinations to be used with prequalified WPSs. All other applicable D1.1 and D1.5 requirements for prequalification must also be met, but this testing done by Lincoln saves our customers the time and cost associated with WPS qualification testing.
