Rimrock® 410HD Spray Reciprocator

The time-tested Rimrock 410 Die Cast Machine Spray Reciprocator has a long history of serving the die cast industry.

Available with 2 Lube manifolds up to 150lbs, the Rimrock® 410HD spray reciprocator can support die casting machines from 600T to 1800T. A unique linkage design, combined with the servo system, provides a precise and fast straight line path for the spray manifold. Reliable release manifold bars are supplied with a variety of widths and quantity of nozzles. In addition, we provide customized manifolds incorporating multiple nozzle and outlet positions with a wide selection of spray tips to accommodate any die configuration. With over 1900 units in the field, the 410 is a proven solution for automated die spray.
