The Rimrock 7th Axis robotic ladle allows for improved pouring control with molten metals to help meet your casting needs. Based on Rimrock’s tried and proven ladle systems the 7th Axis ladle system is perfect for demanding applications. Request a quote to contact Lincoln Electric Automation. Choose from the following configurations; ABB® 6700, ABB® 7600, FANUC® R2000, or FANUC® M900.

Options Available: Riser height options, ladle cup and bracket, complete pouring cell integration, foundry “split-pour” operation, foundry “dual-pour” operation, foundry laser guided mold tracking, and furnace skimming.
