The Linc-Cut™ unitized fiber laser cutting cell offers you the highest cut quality for your sheet metal fabrication needs, safely and cost effectively. With a reduced floor space requirement over standard “shuttle” exchange tables, and an emphasis on ease of setup and operation, you too can be quickly installed and in operation producing parts. The fully enclosed cell is light safe from the infrared emission of the laser cutting process, and allows the capture of fume and particulate matter with a smaller, more effective air filtration system. Lincoln Electric has your safety in mind with over a decade of industrial laser welding and cutting experience to ensure that any machine operator or bystander is protected, intrinsically.
With a capacity for 5’x10’ sheets, the roll out drawer allows the use of a forklift or overhead material loading option when feeding your Linc-Cut system material. The roll out drawer’s rated capacity is 1322 lbs, which is equivalent to a 15/16” 4’x8’ sheet of A36 carbon steel. Soft ejection and closing of the material drawer allows for a smooth operator experience that is ergonomically easy to operate, even when fully loaded.
Available with a 2, 3, or 4kw rack mounted Fiber Laser, these compact power supplies are integrated into the machine frame to decrease the amount of time it takes the Linc-Cut system to be installed and in operation. This further reduces the machine’s footprint, as most systems utilize an external power supply. With a production capacity of up to 5/8" Carbon Steel and a pierce capacity of 3/4" carbon steel these systems are designed to complement the high accuracy and quality of cut expected from a modern fiber laser cutting system.
